Group Classes

All our group classes take placed in our 800 square foot air conditioned studio.  Classes are free for annual and month-to-month members.  Non-members must pay day pass to partake in class.  Private and small classes may be scheduled at other times for $25 an hour.

Monday

8:30a Body Sculpt - total body workout including cardio and weight resistant training (Tiffany)

5:30p Core Conditioning (Tiffany)

Tuesdays

5:30p Core Conditioning - a group class using the fitness ball to build strength and conditioning (Tiffany)

6:30p Body Sculpt - total body workout including cardio and weight resistant training (Tiffany) 

Wednesdays

8:30p Step Aerobics - high intensity workout utilizing the step (Tiffany)

5:30p Body Sculpt - total body workout including cardio and weight resistant training (Lani)  

Thursdays

5:30p Core Conditioning - a group class using the fitness ball to build strenght and conditioning (Tiffany)

6:30p Step Aerobics - high intensity workout utilizing the step (Tiffany)

FRIDAY

8:30a Body Sculpt - total body workout including cardio and weight resistant training (Tiffany)

 Private classes may be scheduled for $25 per hour, pre-paid. Number of students limited.
